What made you want to get into teaching?
I loved social studies content as a student and also enjoy working with kids so teaching social studies was the perfect job!
What do you like to do when you are not teaching or at school?
Spend time with my sons (Henry and Louis) and husband and watch sports, particularly baseball. I also love shopping, reading, and cooking.
If you had to choose one high school grade to teach for the rest of your life, which grade would it be?
What extracurricular activities were you involved in when you attended high school?
Volleyball, softball, NHS, and campus ministry.
Did you like school growing up, or did you hate it? Explain.
I loved it. I always enjoyed going to school and participating in activities. I went to school with the same good friends from kindergarten through 12th grade, so it was comforting having those people with me through each step of my young life.

Hard-working, involved, and fun-loving.
