BY OMAR MOHAMED Jason Corriveau, a Royalton man, was hurt after the semi he was driving overturned on Monday, March 16th. The incident happened just after 1:00 PM on highway 25 near 260th Avenue in Morrison County (north of the St. Cloud area). The semi and trailer ran off the road, but the injuries were non-life threatening. The semitrailer was totally destroyed. Jason Corriveau is “lucky to be alive” authorities say, but other drivers weren’t so lucky. On Friday, March 13th in Rothway Minnesota, a semi-trailer rolled on a slippery I-94 in northwestern Minnesota. This accident shut down the westbound side of the heavily-traveled interstate. The man’s name was John Ellington.
Another incident in Golden Valley, Minnesota occurred on March 2nd when the semi appeared to rollover on westbound I-694, creating a mess of delays, around 10 AM. It blocked the roads and made a lot of delays, but no one got hurt.
