BY: BERNADETTE ZORN Bernadette Zorn, Apollo NewsFeed editor, sought out Apollo Homecoming King Isaac Logeman to ask him some pertinent questions. Bernadette's questions are in bold, and Isaac's answers are not.
How did it feel to win? It was such a thrill! Coronation was a really fun event, and it was so exciting to experience it with all the other nominees. Were you surprised that you won? Yes I was super surprised! I thought I had a chance to be nominated, but I didn't think I would win. What was your favorite part of homecoming? My favorite part of homecoming was going out to lunch with the nominees after coronation. What are you looking forward to for Senior year? I'm really looking forward to the spring and all the great last moments of high school with my friends. Is there anything you'd like to share with next year's upcoming nominees? Don't get too hung up on trying to win; just enjoy the ride and have fun with the other nominees. What are your plans after you graduate high school? I plan on studying math with an education emphasis, and potentially minoring in theatre. Why do you think your peers nominated you for Homecoming Court? I work hard to be as kind, accepting, and inclusive as I can be, and I think people appreciate that. How did you celebrate your win? I got to Skype my older brother a few days later and talk with him about it.
